Saba Qamar teaching great lessons with her videos

The very talented Pakistani actress Saba Qamar launched her YouTube channel 2 months ago. We have all seen how amazing her acting skills are in movies and drama serials and now we get to see her on YouTube as well.

Saba Qamar breaking the stereotype

Every week Saba uploads an episode in which she teaches a great lesson and shows to tackle existential questions and harsh reality of Pakistan.

The videos are written and directed by the queen herself though her great friend Shiraz Malik helped in few episodes.  Coordination is done by her PR manager Meeshal Cheema who is not just her manager but best friend and often seen on her Instagram stories.

The first episode was about isolation in this pandemic, and how people are dealing with mental health. It was a great first video as Saba was able to express different aspects of what it’s like to have your own company for a long period of time. In fact one of her fan asked “how do you deal with your mental health?” She replied saying “I have actually been through a lot, and all I learned in my life is to let go off things that make you feel bad, accept your imperfections to keep going. Learn to talk your heart out, don’t take things too seriously, just stay true to yourself because #Itsokaynotbeokay“.

Episode 2 is called “The Chay Show” This episode was about the awkward interview questions that are often asked to the female celebrities. Saba answered all such questions with honesty and showed the reality of Pakistani media.

Episode 3 is called “Chaska News” the episode was taken down due to copyright issues, it’s back on her YouTube channel. In this episode Saba acts as a news anchor reporting on trending news over the past few months including the colonel’s wife’s viral video, celebrity marriages during the pandemic, Ertugrul etc.

She also collaborated with the YouTube sensation Shahveer Jafry in the episode to make it more fun and entertaining.

Episode 4 is called “Kab Samjho Gey?” in this episode she talks about what makes people commit suicide, the trolling on social media which causes a person to take away their life. She made this video after the Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide because of the depression. Saba described it beautifully in the video and says we should help someone instead of calling them psycho or crazy. She delivers a powerful message through this episode.

The recent episode 5 is about “Breaking Stereotype” by having much needed conversations about the rishta brigade in Pakistan, the struggles of body-shaming, gender equality, and casting in interviews.
The famous YouTuber Rahim Pardesi is also seen in this episode which makes it more interesting for the fans.

We love how Saba Qamar is making an interesting content every week for her fans; we actually wait the whole week for the episode! We wonder what more she will offer to her fans.
